Our Mahindra XUV3XO review is finally here! Many of us have known Mahindra for its frugal and reliable engine. They have launched XUV3XO which is the new generation of its predecessor XUV300. Mahindra has launched XUV3XO with 4 engine options

1. 1.2 L TCMPFi (Turbo Petrol Engine) with a power 111 Bhp@5000 Rpm torque Of 200 Nm@1500 Rpm 
2. 1.2 L MStallion (Petrol)– TGDi Engine Power 130 Bhp@5000 Rpm Torque 230 Nm@1500 Rpm
3. 1.5 L Turbo Diesel With CRDe (Diesel) Power 110 Bhp@5000 Rpm Torque 200 Nm@1500 Rpm (Only for base variant)
4. 1.5L Turbo Diesel with CRDe (Diesel) Power 117 Bhp@3750 Rpm Torque 300 Nm@1500 Rpm

It also offers various gearbox options. The transmission duties are handled by manual and AMT gearbox options. However, for the facelift, it is said that the new XUV 3XO will get a new 6-speed torque converter transmission. 

Pros and cons of the Mahindra XUV3XO

Pros:

1. Various engine options:

The XUV3XO offers various engine options and transmissions which would be easy for the customer to choose. It has 3 engine options and 3 gearbox options including one manual, one AMT and one torque converter. 

2.Feature Loaded:

It has many unique features such as 940 mm Panaromic sunroof (but Mahindra calls it Skyroof), Level 2 ADAS (Same as Mahindra XUV700), 360-degree camera and electronic parking brake. It also gets dual zone auto AC.

3.Fuel Efficiency:

The Fuel Efficiency in Mahindra XUV3XO sounds impressive. It has a mileage of 18-20km/pl for Petrol MT and 17-18km/pl for Petrol AT. It also has a mileage of 20.6km/pl for Diesel MT and 21.2 km/pl for Diesel AT.

4.Performance:

The predecessor Mahindra XUV300 had the same diesel engine which was undoubtedly powerful and fun to drive and has its segment-best performance. The same legacy will continue in XUV3XO as it shares the same diesel manual and petrol manual engine with its predecessor. It has a torque of 300 Nm which is undoubtedly the best torque in segment.

Cons:

1. Small Bootspace:

This car offers the smallest boot in its entire segment with just 295 litres. This problem was there in Mahindra XUV300 as well. 

2. Some features missing:

The XUV3XO misses out on features like ventilated seats and power adjustable seats in driver which many cars in its segment do get these features.
